I found this article in Prof. Mankiw's Blog and I was delighted - after I had carefully checked that it is not a delayed April Fool's joke. But hey, it seems that there will be subsidies on making "cultural experiences" in Lloret de Mar and Rimini in the near future. Great prospects! To say it with a German evergreen: "Pack die Badehose ein!"
