Here it is, Happy Birthday ESM. And, is it successful? Well, at least it finally pays to make debt. If you like to lend money to ESM you will have to pay (!) 0.0324% to ESM. If you like to give money to me you will have to pay 0.5%, cause I am at least as trustable as the ESM!
